Our shipping policy
Orders are shipped using USPS. The USPS standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships, excluding any additional days accrued for a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
We have a standard 24-72 hour processing time (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Once payment is verified, your order will be shipped in within 2-3 business days. Order placed during sales, holidays, or high volume sales events may take upward of 2-4 weeks to ship out from our possession.
******NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS******
All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.
**In order to avoid any delays in shipping please make sure that your shipping address and billing addresses are the same.
If a shipment is returned to our facilities due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible and required to pay a $15 re-shipping fee in order for their order to be re-shipped.
