Grandiose Beauty Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree that ALL purchases made with Grandiose Beauty LLC are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE transactions.

Custom Wig Orders:

Once order is placed, custom wig orders require a 10-14 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) turn around from the time order/ deposit is placed and measurements are received.

Please make sure that your head measurements are taken correctly. We will not be responsible for any improper measurements resulting in a custom wig that does not fit properly.

Pre-Made/ ready to wear Wig Purchase:

By purchasing a pre-made / ready to wear unit, you assume the risk of the pre-made wig fitting improperly. A pre-made unit will typically (but not always) fit a head circumference from 21"- 23” (wig description will provide specific measurements of each particular wig). If you are not sure that a pre- made wig will fit, it is strongly advised that you place an order for a custom made unit.

Deposits:

Once your deposit is placed for a customized unit, production on the wig has begun. Due to the nature of customized wig units, deposits are non-refundable and can not be used towards any future purchases or services.

Hair Extensions:

We are happy to offer an exchange to all extensions within 7 days from the date of delivery/ receiving. Extensions MUST still be in its original packaging, with the original stickers and tags attached, has not been tampered with, colored, combed through, has had fingers running through, or altered from its original state in any way. Returns of extensions that do not follow these guidelines are subject to be declined for an exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with all returns or exchanges after original purchase.
