*PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT*

Booking Policy

  • All appointments require a $50 deposit 
  • You can reschedule your appointment via your confirmation email up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you choose to cancel your appointment via the booking system, you will forfeit your deposit, and your deposit will not be refunded back to you.
  • Sew-in’s & Wigs: It's required that hair for these services be purchased directly from the stylist BEFORE booking an appointment at Grandiose Beauty. If hair is not purchased from the stylist, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED!
  • Your appointment is automatically canceled, and your deposit is forfeited if you are 20 minutes late. It is to the discretion of the stylist if they will still be able to service you and if you have to pay another deposit or pay the full service price upfront in order to still be serviced that day. 
  • Stylist can only guarantee an on-time appointment start time if you are the very first appointment for the day.
