Booking Policy
All appointments require $50 deposit. $45 of deposit goes toward service total.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!
You can reschedule your appointment via your confirmation email up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you choose to cancel your appointment via the booking system, you will forfeit your deposit, and your deposit will not be refunded back to you.
Serving age requirement starts at 12+ years old.
Sew-in’s & Wigs: It's required that all hair, bundles, and wigs for these services be purchased directly from the stylist BEFORE booking an appointment at Grandiose Beauty. If hair is not purchased from the stylist, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED!
The appointment is automatically canceled, and your deposit is forfeited if you are 20 minutes late for your appointment. It is to the discretion of the stylist if they will still be able to service you, and if you must pay another deposit or pay the full-service price upfront in order to still be serviced that day.
The stylist can only guarantee an on-time appointment start time if you are the very first appointment for the day.
